How to play:

• List preferences and ideas, or write a starter


• Tag around! It doesn't have to be strictly characters from the other setting, either. Put two Freelancers in the ODST, or put Master Chief and Cortana in Project Freelancer. Let your imagination be your guide!

Thing is, simple greetings don't do. They aren't sufficient when you're the newbie who is newing up the newness. Especially when they have a place across from his bunk. And looks rather green for, well, gray-black armor. Which wasn't a good rational but okay.

And you would be? Because I'm your new Sarge. You can call me Sarge. Trying to figure out what you are supposed to have to make you a suitable replacement for Smitty, but it would be hard to figure that out frankly because Smitty was pretty intense. Could break a Brute's head between his bare hands!

Clearly an exaggeration, but she would no doubt learn in time that he was full of them. Beyond full of them. Teaming with them. And some stories too strange to be real even though they were.

Of course I have. Why would I say it if I hadn't?

[Thing is, he wasn't the commander. They had their own CO, and Sarge wasn't fully in charge. But everyone was more than willing to acknowledge that the man had been there forever, and that he knew how to handle himself. Maybe he wasn't the best to listen to, or talk to sometimes, but he had survived in this war and that was something to be said.]

What about you, could you even break a grunt's? They're pretty small. Perfect for a rookie.
